Syntix DPF Regen is a professional product designed to boost passive regeneration and thoroughly clean the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), catalytic converter and turbo compressor, including the variable geometry vanes. DPF Regen offers an effective solution for the common problem of exhaust system clogging in diesel cars.

DPF Regen’s regeneration process takes effect during driving conditions and does not require any special service operations. Its advanced formula reduces the temperature at which soot particles burn (oxidise), lowering the natural ignition temperature of carbon deposits from around 600°C to about 400°C.

DPF Regen is compatible with all types of diesel engines, including the latest generation of direct injection engines with CRD, TDI, JTD, HDI, EGR, Diesel Particulate Filter and catalyser. This treatment requires no disassembling.

It is recommended to clean the DPF and injection system at least once a year.


To use Syntix DPF Regen, add the contents of one 300ml bottle of DPF Regen to your diesel tank before refuelling. Then add 30-50 liters of diesel fuel to the tank and take the car on a longer test drive to ensure that the DPF has enough time to clean itself effectively. Finally, drive the vehicle several times under high load and high revs (>3000 RPM) to heat up the exhaust system.
